Tracking

Enter your tracking number in the search box on our homepage and click "Track". You'll see real-time updates on your parcel's location and estimated delivery date. You can also track directly by visiting rvslogistics.com/?tracking=YOUR_NUMBER.
Your tracking number is provided by the sender in your shipping confirmation email. It's typically a combination of a country code followed by numbers (e.g., FR1773302791827575).
Double-check that you've entered the tracking number correctly with no extra spaces. If it still doesn't work, the tracking information may not be available yet — this can take up to 24 hours after the shipment is created. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
Tracking events are generated automatically as your parcel moves through our network. Updates typically appear within a few hours of each scan at sorting facilities and transit points.

Delivery

The estimated delivery date is shown on your tracking page. This is calculated based on the shipping method, origin, and destination. Standard EU deliveries typically take 3–7 business days, while international shipments may take 5–12 business days.
If you're not available, the driver will leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your parcel from a nearby collection point. Your tracking page will be updated with the new status and pickup location details.
Address changes depend on the current transit status of your parcel. Contact our support team as soon as possible with your tracking number, and we'll do our best to redirect the shipment if it hasn't already entered last-mile delivery.

Problems

Delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or high shipping volumes. Check your tracking page for the latest status. If your parcel is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, contact our support team with your tracking number for investigation.
First, check with neighbours or other household members. Sometimes parcels are left in a safe place or with a nearby collection point. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact our support team immediately with your tracking number — we'll investigate the delivery record.
