Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is provided by the sender in your shipping confirmation email. It's usually a combination of letters and numbers (e.g., DK1768209661360).
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
Please double-check that you've entered the tracking number correctly with no spaces. If it still doesn't work, the tracking information may not be available yet. Wait 24 hours and try again. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
How often is tracking information updated?
Tracking information is updated in real-time as your parcel moves through our network. However, there may be delays of a few hours between scans at different facilities.
Delivery
When will my parcel be delivered?
The estimated delivery date is shown on your tracking page. This is calculated based on the shipping method and destination. Keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
What if I'm not home when my parcel arrives?
If you're not home, the driver will leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your parcel from a nearby collection point.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes depend on the shipping carrier and where your parcel is in transit. Contact our support team as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.
Problems
My parcel is delayed. What should I do?
Delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or high shipping volumes. Check your tracking page for the latest updates. If your parcel is significantly delayed, contact our support team for assistance.
My parcel shows as delivered, but I haven't received it
First, check with neighbors or household members. Sometimes parcels are left in a safe place. If you still can't find it, contact our support team immediately with your tracking number.
How do I report a problem with my delivery?
Contact our customer support team via email at with your tracking number and a description of the problem. We'll investigate and get back to you within 24 hours.
